Assumption of Duties as the Head of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy
Ven. Senior Lecturer Koonkandawala Wimaladhamma Thero officially assumed duties as the head of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy in the Faculty of Buddhist Studies at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka on 4th August 2025.
Ven. Koonkandawala Wimaladhamma Thero holds Mphil in Psychology (University of Peradeniya), M.A. in Buddhihist Ayurvedic Counselling (University of Kelaniya),B.A. in Psychology (University of Peradeniya) and Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychosocial Support (University of Colombo).
