The Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka, established in terms of the Act of Parliament No.74 of 1981 of the Democratic Socialistic Republic of Sri Lanka was ceremonially opened on the 22nd day of April 1982.
Admission for Diploma and Higher Diploma Courses – 2027 Academic Year
Applications are invited until 2026.11.30 from candidates who wish to register for the Diploma and Higher courses scheduled to be conducted in the year 2027 by the Center for Open and Distance Learning of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka.
Registration for Bachelor of Arts (External) Degree – 2027
Applications are accepted until November 30, 2026, from qualified candidates to register for the Bachelor of Arts (External) Degree program of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka for the 2027 academic year.
