The Department of English and the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka proudly extend their warmest congratulations to the Best Dhamma Preachers of the “Voice of the Dhamma” Programme, aimed at training Sri Lankan Buddhist monks and nuns to disseminate the Dhamma in English.
