Congratulations!
The Department of English at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka successfully concluded the eighth series of its "Preaching the Dhamma in English Programme" for the 2022/2023 academic year, with its final competition held on March 17, 2023, at the Library Auditorium of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. Among the contestants were fourteen first-year students studying in English medium.
The competition was judged by Ven. Galle Dhamminda Thero, a Lecturer from the Department of Buddhist and Pali Studies at the Faculty of Buddhist Studies of Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka, and Ven. Pahala Eraula Kolitha Thero, a Temporary Lecturer from the Department of Language Studies of the same university.
