Guest Lecture - 2024 October

A workshop was conducted by the guest lecturer and career advisor from the Career Guidance Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Dr. Sameera Jayawardena on the 8th of October 2024 at the Library Auditorium of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of improving English speaking and public speaking skills for first-year undergraduates, with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Language Studies, Dr. Swarnananda Gamage; the Head of the Department of English Language Teaching (DELT), Mr. Pradeep Gunasena; Senior Lecturer, Ms. Kosala Kumarage; Temporary Lecturer, Ms. Shehani Dissanayake and the office-bearers of the English Literary Association of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka.
