Assumption of Duties as the Head of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy
Senior Lecturer Ven. Yodhakandiye Ariyawansa thero officially assumed duties as the head of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy in the Faculty of Buddhist Studies at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka on 03rd May 2024. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Buddhist Philosophy from the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in 2015, obtained Master’s Degree in Buddhist Studies in 2018 from the University of Kelaniya. He was recruited as a Lecturer (Unconfirmed) of the Department of Buddhist Philosophy at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in 2018, and upgraded to the post of Senior Lecturer 2023.
