නැවත සමීක්ෂණය සඳහා එක් විෂයය පත්රයක් සඳහා රු. 500.00 ක මුදලක් අයකරනු ලැබේ.
i. එම මුදල විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ සරප් කවුන්ටරයට
හෝ
ii. ලංකා බැංකුව, හෝමාගම 711201 යන විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ ගිණුම් අංකයට බැරකළ හැක. අදාළ බැර කිරීමේදී විභාග අංකය හා නැවත සමීක්ෂණ ගාස්තු යනුවෙන් සටහන් කිරීම අත්යාවශ්ය වන අතර එලෙස සටහනක් නොමැති ගෙවීම් නොසළකා හැරීමට සිදුවේ.
2. අදාළ මුදල්ගෙවූ රිසිට්පත හා අයදුම්පත අභ්යන්තර විභාග අංශයට 2024.02.13 දිනට පෙර ගෙනවිත් භාර දෙන මෙන් දන්වමි.
අදාළ දින පසුවී ලැබෙන අයදුම්පත් භාර නොගැනේ.

Re-scrutinization of marks and Grades
Applications are called for re-scrutinization of marks and grades in the fourth year first semester examinations held in November/ December 2023.
How to apply:
1. Fill in the application form published with this advertisement.
For re- scrutinization Rs. 500.00 will be charged per paper.
i. the fee could be paid to university shroff counter
or
ii. Deposit to University Account No 711201 Bank of Ceylon, Homagama. It is essential to note the examination number and the re-correction fee when making the relevant payment. payments without a note will have to be ignored.
2. Handover the relevant payment receipt and the application to the Internal Examinations Division before 13.02.2024.
