About the Conference

Language is the most powerful medium of communication in the world. The correct use of language in the proper context brings in peace and harmony through mutual trust and understanding. This conference is aimed at discussing the ways and means of applying the utility of languages in gifting to the world the greatest humane message in Buddhism.

  • Basic concepts of buddhism through divers languages
  • Peace and re-conciliation through languages
  • Understanding buddhism through mother-tongues
  • Role of language in propagate buddhism
  • Presentation techniques in propagating bhamma
  • Utilization of written discourses in the buddhist context

Important Dates

  • Call for Papers : August 01, 2021

  • Deadline for Abstarct Submission: October 07 , 2021

  • Notification of Acceptance: October 22, 2021

  • Final submission of Abstarct: November 01, 2021

  • Conference Date – November 10, 2021

Abstract Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not previously and simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Authors who wish to present their research or review papers at the conference must submit their extended abstracts according to the guidelines given below.

All accepted abstracts will be published online. The acceptance of the work ensures that the research paper will be presented at the conference. If the research paper involves more than one author, we expect the presence of at least one author at the conference.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Medium : Sinhala, Pali, Sanskrit, English, Chinese,Japanese, Hindi, French, Tamil, Korean

  • Fonts : Sanskrit 99, FM Abhaya, Times New Roman, Walkman Chanakya 905, MS Mincho, Baamini, Malgun Gothic, Simplified Chinese

  • Registration : FREE

  • Length : 1000 - 1200 words

  • Line spacing : 1.5 pt

  • Software : Abstracts must be submitted in Word File Format (.docx) only
