Membership & Registration
The following persons are eligible for the University membership:
- Registered internal undergraduate students
- Registered post-graduate Students
- Members of the permanent Academic Staff
- Members of the temporary Academic Staff
- Members of the permanent non-academic Staff
- The membership for researcher will be provided with the special permission from the librarian.
The Registered students of the University are automatically entitled to become a member of the library. They should fill the membership form & submit to the registration counter to obtain the library tickets. Application for the library membership can be obtain from the Reader Service section. The Registration counter is located at the ground floor of the library. Staff members are registered by submitting the duly completed application form after the receipt of a copy of the letter of appointment.

- Academic Staff
- Internal Students (both Lay & Monk)
- Post Graduate Students (Internal)
- Visiting Academic Staff
- Non-Academic Staff
- Special Researchers (on approval of the Librarian)
- Except Special Researchers, all the categories entitled to be members should obtain their Library Borrowers’ Tickets from the Library by submitting the duly filled enrollment application to the Librarian.
