සියලුම සිසුන් (නැවත පෙනී සිටින සිසුන්ද ඇතුළත්ව) 2022 ජනවාරි 01 පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත ඉහත විභාගය සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි විය යුතුය.
කරුණාකර අදාළ අයදුම්පත පුරවා එහි PDF ආකෘතිය පහත විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනයන් වෙත යොමු කරන්න.
(අදාළ අයදුම්පත් අදාළ විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනයට පමණක් යොමු කළ යුතු අතර එලෙස නො එවන අයදුම්පත් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කෙරේ.)
All second and Third year internal students (Including repeat students) are required to register for the above examination to be held in 1st January 2022.

2021.12.24 දිනට පෙර අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්ෂණය සඳහා සිසුන් ලියාපදිංචි විය යුතුය.
කරුණාකර ඉල්ලුම් කළ දිනට හෝ ඊට පෙර ලියාපදිංචිවීමට අපොහොසත් වුවහොත් ඔබට විභාගයට පෙනී සිටීමට ඉඩ නොදෙන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
Students are required to register for the Internal Examination before 24.12.2021. Please note that failure to register on or before the requested date, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
