The Bursar is in charge of the funds and attends upon all the financial transactions of the University. The bursar is an officer appointed by the council. An assistant bursar supports the bursar.

All maters connected with disbursements, the supply of goods and services of the university are attended to by the finance branch. The payments made by the students can be directed to the shroff's counter of the university in accordance with the nature of such payments.
